The Oberoi Mumbai, Mumbai

My stay at The Oberoi Mumbai was absolutely really good. From the moment I arrived, the service was unparalleled. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and the room with a stunning view of the sea left me in awe. However, my experience was slightly marred by a misunderstanding during checkout, which made the end of my visit less than perfect.

I had an excellent stay at The Oberoi Mumbai for three nights, experiencing fantastic service and incredibly clean rooms. The dining options at Ziya and the Italian restaurant were really good, although I felt the decor could have captured more of the Indian character. Overall, the pool and spa facilities were top-class, and I would definitely return in the future.
